During the discussion it was noticed that positive attempts are being made to increase the profile of europa.* newsgroups and that new posters are arriving in the hierarchy. It is hoped that RFD's proposing new europa.* newsgroups with good grounds for expecting reasonable traffic will soon be proposed.
